Crystal Howard (Mobile Nurse Crystal), founder, owner, and CEO of Mobile Nursing Concierge, P.C., has over 14 years of experience in the nursing profession as a registered nurse. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University and a Master of Science in Nursing, Specialty Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, she has built a career across various specialties, including nursing in emergency, trauma, and critical care settings. She stills commits herself in these specialties at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center while running her MedSpa business. From year 2011 to 2015 she was a Lieutenant Nurse Officer for the military uniformed service branch, United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, where she lived and work on underserved Native American Reservations as her duty stations and deployed to Natural Disasters within our country as a one of our nation's health responders.

 

From 2020 to 2022 she decided to help our country as a civilian nurse on a National Response Federal Emergency Management Agency Nurse Team during the COVID-19 Pandemic and committed her time and nursing expertise at the most heightened and deadliest hospitals affected by COVID-19.

Crystal’s passion for aesthetics led her to become an aesthetic nurse in 2018, where she obtained certifications in medical aesthetic procedures at National Laser Institute. Her vast experience includes working alongside renowned plastic surgeons and MedSpa practitioners in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County such as: Dr. Shay Byon Dean (Dean Plastic Surgery), Dr. Michael K. Obeng (MiKO Plastic Surgery), Dr. John Kahen (Beverly Hills MedSpa), Dr. Nanotchka Chumley (Total Health Elevated), and currently with Dr. Jonathan S. Heard (Double A Medical Services).

Through her company, Mobile Nursing Concierge P.C, Crystal has successfully merged her nursing expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit. She not only provides aesthetic services but also offers comprehensive training and consulting for nurses looking to enter the MedSpa industry. Crystal is deeply committed to supporting nurses in transitioning to fulfilling financially stable careers and has expanded her business to provide mentorship to nurses, volunteer work to medical missions in underserved countries, helping underserved high school students transition to college nursing students in a bachelor's degree program with college funding, and partaking on educational opportunities internationally.

In 2018, she went on medical missions as a volunteer nurse to Ghana with the organization International Volunteer HQ for 2-weeks, and in 2023 to Johannesburg in Africa with the organization Nurses with Purpose for 2-weeks where she worked in the villages and clinics, including bringing needed medical supplies to tackle the health challenges in these underserved villages.

In December 2023, started offering State Nurse Consultant for individuals (infant to elderly) with developmental disabilities operating under the California Department of Developmental Services performing nursing assessments to determine their needed medical and therapy services to promote their highest level of health and continued quality of life.
